Dongguan WanNienFu Electronics Co., Limited was established in 1992. The parent company was founded in 1972 in Miao Li Hsien, Taiwan, with a history of 32 years so far.
We specialize in the development and manufacture of single-sided and double-sided PCB's with surface finishes such as Flux, Entek, Nickel and Gold plating, HASL, and carbon. The factory is located at No.188, PinShan Industrial Zone, TangXia Town, Dongguan City, covering an area of 16,000 square meters, with total investment of HKD 200 million. Through several years of expansion, we have a total building area of 10,000 square meters and 1000 employees (including 45 intermediate and advanced management, 28 marketing and customer service personnel, and 36 engineers with intermediate and advanced technology degrees).
Our monthly production capacity of single-sided is currently 200,000 square meters, monthly sales average is HKD 17 million. Our monthly production capacity of double-sided is currently 20,000 square meters, monthly sales average is HKD 8million.We adopt equipment of computer- controlled scanning transcript traced by laser to design drawing, which can immensely tailor to full specific requirements from our valued customers. In technology we can achieve 0.4mm for minimum hole diameter and 0.12mm for both minimum line width and line space.
In accordance with our further development, we have constructed a wet film production line in a completely closed , dust free, air conditioned workroom in June 1999, which is used for high precision, fine line circuit board production.
In 2001 we purchased and installed an advanced fully automatic production line from Taiwan with minimum hole diameter capability of 0.20mm and production output of 75,000 square meter per month. We are convinced that this line will certainly serve our customers well.
We have introduced our advanced testing equipment and instrumentation from Japan, Taiwan, and the USA throughout our manufacturing process. We have achieved ISO9002 (1994) standard certification in August 1998, ISO9001 (2000) standard certification in June 2001, as well as “UL” qualification and certification in January 1978. Now we increasingly plan to step into the new period of environmentally friendly markets (ISO14001).
